I’m a former professional volleyball player. I was born in Bratislava (Czechoslovakia at the time) where I was involved in sport from the age of five. At the age of 15, there was an offer for me to play volleyball in the youth team in Havlíčkův Brod in the Czech Republic. Now I know it was a good choice. I found myself in volleyball. I worked my way up to the professional club level where I played for 14 years and continued with the Czech national team for the next 10 years.
We won 4th place in the World League with the Czech team in 2003. In 2004 we reached the final and won the Europa League by defeating the multi-champions from Russia. At the 2010 World Cup, I was declared statically the best pass scorer, which I consider to be one of my greatest achievements.

Because of my back problems I ended my career as a professional volleyball player in 2013. Like any athlete, I asked myself “What next? What do I do best and how can I capitalise on my collected experience? I’ve lived in the world of volleyball my whole life. How could I continue to be beneficial here?’
My experience is that the beginnings of a sporting career are not easy for many young athletes. Based on these ideas, I founded MIB Profisport. With its professional and human approach, it helps current young players from around the world find the best way in their careers.
Our goal is to help young and successful athletes play in the best clubs anywhere in the world, provide them with a background and sufficient support. Another not inconsiderable part of working with players is also to take care of their promotion in the form of advertising, which is an integral part of the sports world. They will become aware not only of the sports public. The possibility of financial advice is an equally important part of our philosophy. This business is an essential part of finance. Young people need to learn how to handle money properly from the beginning of their sports career.
I want to work with such players who love the sport. They want to invest their time in it and give it their full attention. My goal is that these players have the best possible conditions and become real professionals at the best clubs around the world.
